Shipping

• Items are typically processed within one week, after which delivery is usually within 2-5 days. Deliveries outside of the UK, USA, and Canada typically take slightly longer.
• You should receive a tracking code once the item is dispatched, so you can keep track of where your item is and when it will arrive.
• Free shipping is available on items in the USA, EU, and UK over $75 USD (or the equivalent of this amount in the local currency).
• Shipping is calculated at checkout and based on the destination country and weight of the items.

Returns

• We have a 14-day return and exchange policy.
• If you are unhappy with your order due to receiving an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, you can email us at contact@inked13.com within 14 days of receiving the item for a full refund/exchange, provided the item is in the same condition as when it arrived.
• If you are unhappy with your order for another reason (such as ordering the wrong product or not wanting the item) and it is within the 14-day period, please email us so we can fix the issue for you.
• Please send proof of any defects when emailing us, as this will speed up the return/exchange process.
• After 14 days, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
