Shipping

• Items are typically processed within two days, after which delivery is usually within 2-5 days. Deliveries outside of the UK, USA, and Canada typically take slightly longer.
• You will receive a tracking code once the item is dispatched, so you can keep track of where your item is and when it will arrive.
• Free shipping is available on items in the USA, EU, and UK over $75 USD, £60 (or the equivalent of this amount in the local currency).
• Shipping is calculated at checkout and based on the destination country and weight of the items.
• We ship to the USA, UK, Canada, and most European countries.

Returns

• We have a 14-day return and exchange policy.
• If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you can email us at contact@inked13.com within 14 days of receiving the item for a full refund/exchange, provided the item is in the same condition as when it arrived.
• Please send proof of any defects (if there are any) when emailing us, as this will speed up the return/exchange process, and it helps us investigate what happened.
• After 14 days, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
